The current state

DISCOVERY

Here, we dissected the existing realm, unearthing the contours and crevices of the present user journeys. Our lens zoomed into the primary user pathways, shedding light on persona-driven patterns and bottlenecks.

Ideation and Mapping the Ideal

SECTION 2

Transitioning from what-is to what-could-be, our blueprints began taking a hopeful, user-anchored shape. Here's where collaborative creativity brewed, sketching theDESIG outlines of an inviting, intuitive future.

CHALLENGES: EXPERT EVASIVENESS

Transitioning visions from paper to digital canvases, our collaborative ideation faced waves of real-world hiccups:

Encountering a roadblock as key subject matter experts remained elusive, navigating the narrative through the lens of proxies posed a challenge.

[Incorporate images of brainstorming sessions, sketches or digital drafts of the to-be UX maps showing collaborative effort and the evolution of ideas.]

CHALLENGES: SCHEDULING SNAGS & SCOPE SHIFT

Wrestling with scheduling mishaps, our timeline twisted, but our focus remained steadfast.

A dynamic project scope kept us on our toes, refining our strategies to keep the compass aligned with the evolving objectives.

Walmart's Philanthropy Portal

VALUE PROPSITION

Envisioning a hub where philanthropic endeavors flow seamlessly, we aimed at creating a friendly digital neighborhood for Walmart associates.

A unified platform that synthesizes the benefits and opportunities of each program, tailored to each user type. Seamless integration, offering a comprehensive view of Walmart's philanthropy initiatives and their impact.

[Utilize visuals to illustrate the enhanced features like search functionality, streamlined donation process, etc. Include before-after images if possible.]

CENTRALIZED ACCESS

Enhanced communication, transparency, and awareness of all programs for donors and recipients. Easy-to-understand tutorials, videos, and resources to guide associates through the portal and philanthropy programs

[Incorporate mockups or prototypes of the envisioned portal, images showing personalized user experience based on roles.]

ROBUST ONBOARDING

Strengthening community bonds

Translating hurdles into stepping stones, our vision of a unified portal, sculpted for simplicity and efficacy, began taking a solid form of a unified philanthropy portal.

Beyond the digital facade, it's a narrative about nurturing a giving culture—a digital rendezvous where every Walmart associate finds resonance with a larger purpose, weaving a stronger bond between Walmart and the community it cherishes.

[Illustrate with visuals showing increased engagement, perhaps graphs or charts showing metrics of success, photos of community outreach, etc.]
